Past the Peak

I left it a bit late to start taking pictures today - the light was going, around 9pm. (I can hear my mother's voice saying 'Aye, the nights are drawing in'. Alas, they are.)  

I didn't notice till I had it on the laptop screen that this clivia is starting to go over - a bit crinkly at the edges. 

Today was a lovely day. Let's hope for many more before summer's over.
