Dolly and the Caribbean Princess

I picked my gooseberries from the garden today, not sure what to make with them yet! Last year I made a vanilla custard and gooseberry tart which was yummy, I may make that again, although I have been tempted to try making gooseberry curd! I went for a walk once in the evening, it was a bit cooler then! Caribbean Princess was docked today, it visits Greenock a lot, still nice to watch them leave, especially with the little pilot boat! My laryngitis is still causing me issues, more voice rest for me!
