Perthshire Hills

Just don't ask me which ones, as I haven't a clue:-)  We went for a drive towards Crieff this afternoon and took the high road instead of the A85.  This is the view that opens out as you approach Gilmerton, as is the one in Extras.

Decided to have a gentle walk along the banks of the River Earn and Turret Burn, known as Lady Mary's Walk.  We started near MacRosty Park, following the burn.  It was quite difficult to even see the water from here because of the trees and the bushes (see Extra) and when we came to a very steep slope to reach the best part of the walk, I couldn't manage the hill.  I hope to return another day when this hip is less painful.

A quick stop for a cool drink at Stuart's Crystal café and then back to Perth, as TJ had an appointment at the hospital.  A beautiful hot and sunny day and hard to believe the forecast which promises heavy rain for tomorrow!
