Decoration?

Popped down to Deal today to run some errands, and just did this quick blip. Not sure how someone got up there - but maybe they got down!

Got back to the car park to head home, and saw one of the worst displays of threatening behaviour I think I've ever seen. The landlord of a local pub (The Clarendon Hotel) was threatening to 'slap' a young lad who had worked for him but hadn't been paid (accordingly the young guy), and then also threatened to go round and 'slap' every member of the guy's family. Nice. I did say something - never one to not get involved - and was told to 'eff off'. Don't think I'll be going there in a hurry.
