Exodus

A brighter day than expected for the Annual Bridge Street exodus in Kirkwall.  I took my mother through to the optician.  A sign indicated ‘If you can’t see what you’d like in the window then you’d better come inside’. 

I see that Cliff Michelmore makes more than £3 2s 8d per week.  There’s no word of our roving reporter Fyfe Robertson.
