Me and my bright ideas

In a few weeks it is carnival week in Yarmouth where there are events for families every day. As part of the festivities there is a competition for business to have the best window. There is no theme this year, but I've had an idea which will involve lots of these 'raindrops'. The trouble is they all need to be cut out and there are about 300 of them! Hopefully it will be worth it in the end.
