after 4 years of excellence, my expensive francis francis! cappuccino machine started to blow the house fuse - turned out it was a shorting heater element from not descaling the machine. rather than paying labour costs of £50 per hour, plus transport and parts etc. i decided to have a crack at it myself and fixed the blighter!
quite pleased!!
