Bleak....

It seems to have turned into winter today. Took my daughter and her friend to football training, it was damn cold. I managed to cause them great embarrassment tonight by stalling the car at one of the main junctions leaving town, it's ok though, there were only about 15 cars stuck behind us...... Not as unlucky as the poor souls that had crashed at the earlier junction.

There are lots of trees around the playing field they're training at, and lots of flies. My girl's friend said we'd been bitten by midgets all night! That's probably politically incorrect but the image it bought into my head really made me laugh, and they are only 9 years old.
