Butterflies galore

Popped into Birmingham's Botanic Garden today after the rain had died down. They have wonderful Victorian glass houses with a variety of African/Australian plants along with some delicate English ones. There are lovely grounds with small lakes, a bandstand etc.  Oh, and of course the obligatory tea room where we enjoyed a welcome coffee.
We found the butterfly house eventually and enjoyed watching the many different flyers flitting fast from flower to flower.   A lot of them appear quite moth eaten - but so colourful. Here are a selection that I did manage to snap when they rested for a second.
Later we popped round to Cadbury World - did not do the tour but wandered through the shop along with many many others!  Then we enjoyed a walk around the Bourneville village.
