Team building day at the Martin Wishart Cook School.

What a lovely day. Apparently I can't smell vanilla but my passionfruit mousse turned out lovely anyway.

The Sea bream was a dream and the courgette and basil soup is something I think I may well try at home.

The yellow team won the Martin Wishart aprons, but only because L used to be a potato inspector and could name thirty species of potato.....
