All that glitters

The day began with a visit to my old workplace to catch up generally and eat biscuits particularly. It was nice being told I looked well, which is a relief really given that I don't go out to work!
The delivery of a couple of hundred leaflets to keep the campaign going over the summer filled a good part of the afternoon and then browsing through my weekly paper, TNE, as a check over the articles before deciding what to read first filled a huge chunk of the evening.

As I was coming into the house I spotted this candle holder glittering in the evening sun so I made a quick grab. I need to have a theme to think through again and I'm short of ideas at the moment.
