My Mum

This is my mum.  She is one of the most caring people I know, always around when I need her, and always offering advice when I ask for it.  She is a retired Special Education Teacher, and since retiring has been involved in Citizens Advice Bureau, and is now a life time member.

Today we had a special celebration for my dad, who turned 80 last week.  Apart from my brother (who has the flu and was advised by the Doctor not to attend), all of my family met for lunch in Nelson.  Dad's brother made a surprise appearance, which was extra special.  All in all it was a lovely afternoon, and makes you realise how special it is to have family around you.
