We had an awesome storm here last night.  It woke me up and after 10 minutes of watching the sky being continually lit up by lightning, I decided I had to get to watch and listen.

It was amazing.  There was no need to count the interval between lightning and thunder, it was just a constant rumble of rolling thunder, & the lightning never stopped - sometimes in the clouds and sometimes those beautiful jagged forks.

We must have been watching out the window for at least 30 minutes.  Just beautiful.

And then the rain came - wow. 2 in the morning and it hammered down for about 10 minutes and then it was gone.  Absolutely brilliant - never seen a storm like it.

Oh and I listened to a really good interview.  If you like old films, you might find Adam Roche to be an interesting  listen.  I am really looking forward to listening to his take on the Thin Man Films and his History Of Hammer
