Marmalade stage 2

The fruits of yesterday's labours, boiled and bottled today - yummy.

All the talk of whisky meant we found a recipe for thick cut seville orange marmalade with Muscavado sugar and whisky.

Sounded too good to miss, so it was back to the shop for more oranges, more sugar and guess what we're doing tomorrow?
