I wish more people would get out more and support live music. Not just the over-priced mega-shows. Go and see some local talent! Great gig at Drygate last night - 'Ladies of Soul' featuring Sharlene Monique, Rachel Lightbody and Onuma Okudo. Whilst the latter was undoubtedly the star of the show, a special mention for Sharlene Monique who particularly won over the audience. Also worth mentioning that amongst all the great musicians in the 3 bands, guitarists Ben MacDonald and Fraser Jackson shone through.
