Mono Monday 183 - Light

It has been overcast all day so far, very little in the way of natural light casting ares of light and shade, rather flat outside.  So I began experimenting with effects using artificial light.  Came up with some weird shots which just didn't work at all, so decided to go with plain and simple.  Closed the bedroom curtains, switched on the light and here you have the light shining through the lampshade in our bedroom.  Shot on the black and white setting on my camera.
