Sparrow After A Bath

Up and out early for an appointment with my Lungarzt or lung doctor. He wanted to do a series of tests to see what I was allergic to and he also wanted to have a look at some x-rays. It turns out I've got hyper-sensitive bronchia and almost anything can bring on my asthma (ably demonstrated in one of my tests where my breathing went from being normal to almost gone in about 10 seconds). It was not a pleasant morning.

The x-rays showed nothing horrid - my heart is normal and it's obvious I used to smoke. What they also showed was that I have the onset of osteochondrosis, which means that a bit of my back is not in the best of condition. That explains all the back problems in the last few years then.

Hey ho. Anyway this is a sparrow drying itself off after a bath in the fountain of a restaurant. There were loads of them doing this, clever little things.
