Marjoram - not sure

I have always believed this herb plant to be one of the marjorams, if not don't know what it is. The flowers are past their best due to recent ht spell and lack of rain. Used with other herbs/spices it adds flavour to our food. The bee landed whilst taking the photo and decided to stay.
