Wow. What a fabulous day. Our first Ambassador Festival for the incredible young volunteers who are going to be Ambassadors for the Year of Young People 2018.

Over 150 young people came along to share their stories; take part in training and ideas workshops and start getting into the detail of the role they will play in their local communities. Face painting; photo-booths; a DJ and some fab fun games made it all sparkle even more.

The atmosphere was just joyous. Far too many highlights to mention - but overall I'm left feeling so privileged to be able to work with and support young people in this way.

Super-proud of our awesome team too - they and our partners worked so incredibly hard to make this day happen - their dedication and commitment to young people was on show beautifully today.
