The start of the harvest...

Cathleen has been harvesting onions, shallots and garlic in the poly tunnel.

It doesn't seem so long since they were planted  (the 11th of February to be precise - here is the blip ) but now here is the first crop , and more to come.  

Not only do they smell and taste great, but I think her presentation of them is pretty impressive too.
