Tiny

The pouring rain kept us indoors until after lunch and even then, the approach of a grey cloud kept us near the house but we had a great time with the resulting puddles -  jumping over, then into, dipping sticks in and splashing.

Snails are still a fascination; we made a garden-wide search, finding a couple of large ones with residents intact and several vacant shells, including two very tiny ones. It was only when washing them that we found this was still occupied! Mr Flum took a photo of it on my finger, with the Flumlet's finger ready to catch it, before we I took it outside to join the two that were too slimy to hold left on the path. See how clean we were after washing mucky we got!

Extra of the Flumlet losing a welly in the hollow of mud he had generated by puddling, in the back garden.

Flumlet-sitting is all fun!
