Today we tested the swimming and snorkeling water of yet another beach. One called Calas del Cuartel (Barracks' creek). That must be from the civil war period when they were defending the area from the sierra de Santa Pola. There's some old barracks still up on the hill to see (with some anti aircraft equipment). 

It's natural beach with no services. But such a nice small place. Today the water was calmer so we could take underwater pictures with something to see besides dusty sand. So much fun to play with a camera in the water. I don't think I'm gonna stop soon :-)
