Over the Wall

Decided to interrupt our journey North by spending a little bit of time exploring Hadrian's Wall.

Have visited various sites along the wall on a few occasions over the years, but am still amazed that the Picts were able to build such a remarkable structure to ensure that the Romans didn't get any further North.

Or something like that. :-)
