Disturbed sleep ....

.... bye bye to the rather uncomfortable 'mask' supposed to prevent sleep apnoea. Doesn't really make sleeping very easy for Mr SC, so he's looking forward to trying the new piece of kit - fingers crossed.

Wonder if any of it would work for me and stop me snoring like a tractor and keeping him awake in the first place?!
