Buddy and Lime

Spent the day catching up with jobs. Eva played for ages in her room with her playmobile stuff so I managed to get the hoovering done uninterrupted. Very busy with cat feeding at the mo- takes quite a while to get round them all. We also had buddy's stable to muck out from his night in that I didn't get to yesterday. Having to hay both the horses as they are in tiny pens so keen to get Buddy out into the main field with the others so lime can have all his pen back (it's split in two at the mo) and I can go back to hay-ing once a day.

Went down to take Lime out when Mike got home from work. Can only do 15-20 mins in walk. He's keen to do more. There are no loop rides that are that short so when we turn to go home he always rushes. But its good to get out on him. He loves to be out so much.

Buddy seems to have settled well so looking forward to getting out on him at the weekend. He does need shoeing though.

Had a Friday film night with the kids whilst Mike went out on his bike. Just finished putting away 4 baskets of washing and putting all the sheets back on the beds. Not a great idea to change all the beds on the same day! Exhaustamondo!
