Echinacea purpurea Flowers at Roche Harbor WA

The flowers in the garden are on their way out, but the echinacea is beautiful. I liked how the petals seems to change colors. Years ago I planted over 15 of these beautiful plants along a receding bank in our rear yard....I never grew tired of these beautiful bloomers, that came up each year and gave me many new plants to share with neighbors! They took little water and loved the full direct sun.
