From the kitchen window this morning I saw that one of the poppies was open, so blip sorted.  However, when I went out to take the shot I passed this hover fly on a head of white flowers ( can't remember what they are called, but they are very pretty).  So instead of Poppy Flower you have Harry Hover Fly as your star today.
