#LeagueCup - Partick Thistle

As a precursor to the season starting next Saturday I went to watch Partick Thistle vs the mighty Stranraer. The game was fairly poor but Thistle ran out deserved 1-0 winners with a late goal. By contrast, the team I have supported (man and boy) were knocked out of the competition by only managing to draw against Dunfermline?! The manager (31 year old Ian Cathro) is increasingly looking like a failed experiment. Time for a change - and Hearts are away to Celtic next Saturday in 1st league game? No pressure then...
