Peaceful & Focused

I found myself in such a peaceful place this morning that I decided to  focus on my father's memorial service. Fortunately it came together rather quickly. 

Afterwards I dug into some of his writings and found some great stories along with some unknown family history. It was the perfect day to wrap my arms around all of this.

Emotionally drained by mid afternoon I slipped away into some normal Eddy Mann business before settling into our sunroom for the evening.

If it weren't for that two mile walk before breakfast I'd be feeling a bit guilty for spending so much time in my nesting areas today.

My hours are dwindling as I write and I'm thinking I'll sleep well tonight.
