Buzz! Buzz!

We (Richard!) made real progress on the pool today.  The structure has been up for a while but today it was filled the rest of the way and the filter was hooked up to it!  YAY!!!

Tomorrow the inspector will come and inspect the deck footing holes ... they need to be 36 inches deep and 12 inches in diameter .... times four! Poor R has had to dig them all ... and our soil isn't very kind. 

We have decided not to put up the deck right away and will figure out a temporary means of access into the pool, but the holes were all ready to go so we will keep the inspection scheduled.  We figured that by the time the deck goes up and all is set for swimming it may be time to close the pool for the season!  And after all this hard work we would actually like to enjoy it for a little bit at least!
