Nymphaeaceae ... I call it a Water Lily!

Helpet57 and I enjoyed a walk through Pollok Country Park this morning ..... rain threatened but fortunately the dark clouds moved on without releasing any moisture.

I wanted to check the pond for water lilies and it certainly looks as if there will be lilies for many weeks yet as there are still some unopened buds.

Coffee and chat with a chum after our walk .... what could be better!
