An unplanned visit

It's been quite a day! I haven't been feeling up to par for a day or so and this morning I decided I'd better pop over to the surgery to seek some advice. To cut a long story short a trip to ARI for some tests ensued, which took most of the day. Thanks goodness Colin managed to get tome off to drive me in and keep me company. I've always taken my good health for granted so it was quite a shock to be on the receiving end of several ECGs, blood tests and an chest X-ray. Looks like I've reached a stage in life where I need to pop some daily pills to keep well. The new regime starts tomorrow. Feeling grateful for the NHS...
