Wither Hills Farm Park....

This is one of the views of the start of the Wither Hills Farm Park from the main car park. We had a small amount of sun to start with until the sky clouded over and a chill breeze took hold. I had a bit of drama during my walk in that my lower back went into spasm on one stretch of track. Luckily there was grass alongside the track for me to lie down on and stretch out my back. Three kind women waited until I recovered enough to get back to the car park. So I have not had a very good day!
