Today's the day ......................... to be purple

Have you noticed that there seem to be distinct phases of colour in wildflowers as we go through the year?

Perhaps it's just me - but you look round and everything seems to be yellow (springtime) or white or blue.  Right now, there's lot of pinks and purples.

That suits me just fine .......................
