A day spent visiting Ralph in Holland-on-Sea and going with him to Clacton Community Hospital to visit his Dad, who was unexpectedly admitted last Sunday. 

Weather: blustery wind but at least no rain today, and even on the sea front it was not as cold as yesterday, so that's an improvement. Sort of.
