Nice to be walking and above the motorway instead of driving down it.
I walked 12 miles yesterday - good for the soul - got the app Stepz and it's a wee bit addictive.
Today I'll just walk the dog. As he's 12 he benefits from short, frequent walks.
Out with my gym buddies tonight - hope you all have a good weekend.
