A Good Day Out!

Up to London again today. Firstly to get our visas. We then had a couple of hours to waste before we could go back to collect them. So we went to an excellent free Picasso exhibition in the Gagosian gallery near Claridges: Picasso: Minotaurs and Matadors covering work from 1889 to 1971. There were paintings, ceramics, videos of the great man working. Really worth a visit if you are in the area. It closes August 25.

We then had lunch at The Running Horse, the oldest independent tavern in Mayfair. New to us but a good place to know and drop in for a quick lunch. By 2.30pm we were back to get our visas which were waiting for us.

My blip shows reflections on the gallery's windows. Have a good weekend.
