Peaceful at the Alder River

A calm day at Stowe Landscape garden. We were working in the area known as the Elysian Fields keeping the rampant growth of nettles and the shrubs under control.

The blip is the of the Alder River,  a very peaceful scene in the sunshine, after a week of rain and wind.
