A bad year

The pots are empty now, waiting for cooler temperatures to plant some flowers in them.
This hot weather is killing the most delicate flowers in our garden. I am afraid I will have to plant only geraniums, succulents, and cacti!!
Well, heat has its positive side too. I am getting a good harvest of cherry tomatoes: see extra pic.
