Bright and sunny day so a shot of the wean inside playing the Wii.

Heaps done in the morning including taking the boys to football and then a quick sprint on the bike. Never fully got going today but still managed a PB on the wind lashed Letham area, if you are thinking of putting a wind turbine anywhere then Letham is a reasonable bet...

Oh aye, the weans did do a load of runnign about outside as well....
