Myrtle

I had no idea what this pretty shrub in the back garden was called that I've probably blipped in the past too.

Then Alan Titchmarsh came to the rescue this week in the TV programme 'Love your Garden'. It's called Myrtle. He also informed us that Queen Victoria had a sprig in her Wedding Bouquet & every royal bride since.
