Concentration

This young man was busy putting the finishing touches on some yummy treats at our recently discovered, new favorite coffee shop. We came here for the first time last week to try their coffee drinks. It was much different than just about anything else here in town, more like a fancy café in the United States. The big draw for us this time of year is an air conditioned interior! This rarity for Zihuatanejo enticed us back for breakfast this morning. I managed to resist the sweet treats this visit, only because I was satisfied with my meal of molletes con pollo, but looking at this photo I'm sure I will soon be returning to sample one of those creations.
