.... means a very busy beach.
This was the scene on the beach this afternoon at nearby Le Gurp as we passed it on a cycle ride.

The Atlantic looked a bit too choppy to me for swimming.

A rather miserable French man gesticulated at me for taking this picture. I think he thought he was in the picture himself. I am told the etiquette with regards to the taking of photos in public over here is a little strange.
