Coffee and cake = fuel.

1am and the phone goes, Grandma is being taken to the hospital. The same issues as before.
Picked up Mum and headed out to the Royal. Sat for a bit then spoke to the Dr.
High blood pressure, low temperature, low oxygen levels, low heart rate, fluid in her lungs and high potassium levels. They couldn't stabilise anything. Sat until 5.30am and the nurses advised us to go home. Nothing we could do.
Mum had decided not to tell Steven as 'he needs his sleep'! I wasn't impressed.

Home at 6.15am and back to bed. Woke 12noon, and the hospital had phoned Mum to say that Grandma had been moved to the acute medical unit. I went out for a coffee before going back up and sat with her. Still not stabilised but looking a bit better.

It's now 9.30pm and I'm having my tea then bed.
