Rome airport...

...at the end of a holiday full of beautiful sights and cities in a beautiful country!

We left the heat behind us as we boarded for Heathrow. It would be fantastic if the sun could shine for our return!

As I wandered round the departure lounge I heard live piano music and tracked it to my extra. Just a passenger taking up the invitation to "play me!" I stopped to listen and he seemed surprised...I wish I could play!

The flight was good. We were met by a brand new car, had a good journey on M25 and have eaten a take away fish and chips meal. In for the evening..I'll unpack tomorrow..
