Substitute.

Mono Monday 's theme is 'Old' set by The Aphid. This is a Wedgwood pie dish, in Cane ware. i.e. cane coloured. It has an interior dish which held the contents of a pie , and this is a fake pastry exterior pot, beautifully decorated with vegetables and leaves looking for all the world like the work of a clever pastry chef. 
This was used in the early 19th century when there was a great shortage of wheat for making flour.
