Cut Coffee

We ventured out in the local bus today to Los Christianos where we found a lovely little cafe and settled in for a cuppa. I ordered a "cortado" which is just right for me as I sometimes like a little milk but not too much in my coffee. Cortados have made it to the UK in the last few years but the word is Spanish and literally means "cut" as in diluted! Every day is a school day. Finished my second book today - Chasing Francis by Ian Cron. Excellent book!
