Sturgeon Moon

American Indian fishing tribes called the August Full Moon Sturgeon because it was a good time for catching Sturgeon.  Hope our First Minister has got her fishing rod out!  It has another name that I like best  - the Green Corn Moon!  You can read about it HERE!  Got back home yesterday  -  couldn't sleep so captured the Moon instead. Actually the Full Moon was at 7.20pm last night, and this was captured about 00.30 hrs this morning.  Back to normal now  -  whatever that is!  Catching up with all you lovely blippers for one thing; trailing through my emails, and emptying my Letterbox  -  full of junk mail, I expect!  Well, at least the sun is shining!  Have a nice day, everyone!
