Cyclists dismount

Now here's a thing, cycling is great exercise, and good for the environment. I used to be a cyclist myself. But, I'm afraid, they do annoy me. They generally dismount when they see this sign, but elsewhere they cycle on the pavement with impunity. One actually made me move over today as he'd decided the inside lane was his. Some cyclists are pleasant and courteous, but others whistle past your ear as if it is their God given right. I just think its bad manners.
