Tiny Toad

I found him by the front door and took a picture by torchlight. Hes only about 2.5cm long.

It was a mostly admin and household chores day but I did a workout too. I can't do high impact so I kind of mix n match various strengthening exercises. My back has been telling me I need to revise my core exercises again.
